A Plus Services offers a generous medical and dental plan, 1 week vacation after 1 year of service and a matching retirement plan. Trained technicians are compensated via a tiered rate based on experience and license type. Additional pay can be earned according to a bonus and spiff program. Trained technicians are also assigned a fully stocked truck with unmatched field support. A Plus is always looking for very qualified Customer Service Representatives, dispatchers, and warehouse personnel.
